VACATION RENTALS

Hibachi at Your
Vacation Rental
or Beach House

Short answer: almost always, yes. Most Gulf Coast hibachi parties happen at a rental rather than a permanent home. You don't need a full kitchen and you don't need to own the place — here's exactly what it takes.

What It Takes

Two short lists — what we need on site, and what we bring with us.

What we need on site

  • An outdoor area — Patio, deck, driveway, or yard — about 10 by 10 feet of level space for the grill and the chef to work.

  • An outdoor power outlet — This is the one people forget. Check before you book, especially at condos.

  • Seating for your group — Two 8-foot tables in an L shape seats about 10; three 6-foot tables in a U shape seats 12 to 15.

  • Property approval — Whoever manages the rental needs to be fine with outdoor cooking. See below for how this differs by property type.

Best for families & small parties

What we bring

  • The grill and all equipment — Nothing from the rental kitchen is required.

  • Chef, ingredients, and the show — Proteins, sides, five homemade sauces, and the sake toast for guests 21 and over.

  • Tables and chairs if needed — $15 per person, including plates, utensils, napkins, and tablecloth.

  • Full cleanup — The cooking area is left the way we found it — post-event cleanup is included with the setup option.

Our chef was Charlie. He was phenomenal to say the least. If we could give him 1 million stars, we would. He was prompt, respectful of our beach house property and kept us all entertained throughout the entire process. Not to mention the food was beyond fresh!

This was the best experience I could've hoped for, I'm speechless! We went wth Happy Hibachi Party for our 10 year wedding anniversary celebration at the beach in Miramar, FL. Leo was both our host and chef, and he was so friendly and entertaining! Our group included 18 people, 8 of those adults, 10 of those children. The kids had an absolute BLAST and Leo was very engaging and even included them in some of his little tricks. He juggled fire and did a neat fire breathing trick!
