Every booking includes the same chef, the same menu, and the same show — what changes is the group, the pace, and how we set up.

Bachelorette Parties
GIRLS' WEEKENDS · 30A & DESTIN RENTALS
This is the fun part of the weekend, not just dinner. Onion volcano, shrimp toss, the sake gun — your chef puts on the whole show right in front of the group. Nobody drives, nobody dresses up, and nobody has to be out by a reservation time. It's the one night everyone gets on video.
-
The sake gun is the part everyone asks for
-
Great for the first night, when everyone has just arrived
-
Works around a full weekend schedule
Birthday Parties
KIDS · MILESTONES · ADULT BIRTHDAYS
Nobody has to split the table across two restaurant booths, and there's no two-hour limit. Kids get their own portion sizes, adults get the sake toast, and the birthday person doesn't have to host in the kitchen all night.
-
Child portions for guests under 13
-
Cake and decorations are welcome — we work around them
-
Indoor or outdoor setup

Family Gatherings & Private Celebrations
KID-FRIENDLY · REUNIONS · ANNIVERSARIES · GRADUATIONS · REHEARSAL DINNERS
When the whole group is in town and nobody wants to cook — or book a restaurant that can seat everyone. The chef handles dinner and the entertainment at once, so the host actually gets to sit down.
-
Kid-friendly — one guest called it a core memory to youth hood
-
Family reunions and high school reunions
-
Anniversaries and graduation dinners
-
Rehearsal dinners and welcome parties
-
Small wedding gatherings
Corporate & Group Events
TEAM DINNERS · CLIENT HOSTING · COMMUNITY EVENTS
Something more memorable than a catered tray, without booking out a restaurant. Works for team dinners, client entertaining, and neighborhood or community gatherings.
-
Buffet service available for groups of 20 or more
-
Indoor, outdoor, office, or clubhouse setup
-
Headcount and dietary needs confirmed before the date

Where You're Celebrating
Most of our parties happen somewhere other than a permanent home.
Here's how that works.

Vacation Rentals & Beach Houses
Airbnb, VRBO, condo, or a rented beach house — this is where most Gulf Coast hibachi parties happen. You don't need a full kitchen, and you don't need to own the place. What you do need is a bit of outdoor space and the go-ahead from whoever manages the property.
What we need on site
-
An outdoor area — patio, deck, driveway, or yard
-
Enough table and chair seating for your group
-
Property or HOA approval for outdoor cooking
What we bring
-
Grill, chef, ingredients, and all cooking equipment
-
Table and chair setup available for $15 per person
-
Full cleanup — the space is left the way we found it
Not sure if your rental allows it?
Send us the property and we'll tell you what usually works there.
