Thirty miles of rental homes and not one of them wants to drive to dinner. Our chef comes to the house on 30A or anywhere around Santa Rosa Beach, sets up on the deck, and cooks in front of the whole group — usually about an hour and a half start to finish.
Where We Cook in Santa Rosa Beach & 30A
Almost every booking along 30A is at a rental. Here's where we usually end up.
Seaside and WaterColor
The original 30A towns. Rental cottages here are close together, so we set up on the porch or in the courtyard and keep the footprint tight.
Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach
The east end, where the houses are bigger and the courtyards are private. Plenty of room for a large group around the grill.
Grayton Beach and Blue Mountain Beach
The quieter middle stretch. Older beach houses with real yards — easy setup, no shared walls to worry about.
Bachelorette Weekends
30A is where most of our bachelorette bookings happen. The chef comes to the rental, nobody drives, and dinner turns into the entertainment.

This was the best experience I could've hoped for, I'm speechless! We went wth Happy Hibachi Party for our 10 year wedding anniversary celebration at the beach in Miramar, FL. Leo was both our host and chef, and he was so friendly and entertaining! Our group included 18 people, 8 of those adults, 10 of those children. The kids had an absolute BLAST and Leo was very engaging and even included them in some of his little tricks. He juggled fire and did a neat fire breathing trick!
