Hosting a large event? Our hibachi buffet party trays are perfect for groups of 30 or more. Enjoy chicken, shrimp, steak, hibachi vegetables, and fried rice cooked fresh for your guests. Ideal for birthdays, weddings, beach parties, corporate events, and family celebrations. Optional table setup service is available for $15 per person including tables, chairs, plates, silverware, napkins, and cups.

Pricing & Fees Adults: $50 per person Children (Under 13): $30 per person Minimum Food Order: $500 per event Table Setup Service: $15 per person (Includes tables, chairs, plates, silverware, napkins, and cups) Additional Charges: Gratuity: 20% or more (automatically added to the final bill) Sales Tax: 7.5% Travel Fee: $35 for events within 100 miles Food Order Instructions Please list each guest’s order by name when submitting your food selections. Example format: Michelle – Chicken & Shrimp Michael – Salmon & Steak Maria – Filet & Lobster This helps our chefs prepare the correct meals for each guest. Liability Disclaimer PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Hibachi Happy Party, including its owners, agents, employees, directors, and representatives, shall not be liable for any property damage that may occur during or as a result of any event held at the Host’s premises. For the purposes of this agreement, “property damage” refers to any damage, loss, or destruction of real or personal property located at the event location. By booking our services, the Host (Licensee), on behalf of themselves and their guests, agrees to: Release Hibachi Happy Party from any liability related to property damage Waive any claims for loss, damage, or destruction of property Accept full responsibility for the event location and guest conduct This waiver applies before, during, and after the event. Cancellation & Weather Policy We understand that unexpected situations may arise, including weather-related issues. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event will be free of charge. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the event, the deposit may be non-refundable. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Travel Fee Policy A $35 travel fee applies to events within 100 miles. For locations over 100 miles, please contact us directly to confirm travel arrangements and additional fees.
